How do I Return/Exchanging an item?

The original invoice slip and exchange form must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. If you no longer have the return/exchange form please click here to download the form. Please be sure to print out the form, complete all required information and include it with your return items. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original invoice slip. You can return your items through courier service to our e-commerce warehouse at the following address:

Exchanging items online and at our outlets

Fill out the Return and Exchange Form and indicate the item(s) that you would like to exchange. Pack your exchange securely in the original package and attach the invoice slip and exchange form. We cannot process exchanges after 5 days of the original purchase date.

Exchanging Conditions:

  • The return shipping will be at your own expense.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, and accessories.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
  • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit. The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The received product(s) must have differed from the original order.
  • The courier will wait in customers points in case customer wants to receive the product after a trial, maximum 10-15 minutes. (Only for Cash on Delivery).
  • Please note that refunds can’t be processed for any consequential loss.

ORDER CANCELLATION

1. Vogue Sultana does not offer a “refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased items.

2. Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel within 7 hours of placing the order. The order amount will not be refunded back instead of a coupon of the same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from Vogue Sultana within the next 5 days.

3. Vogue Sultana may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card or PayPal payment is declined.

4. Claims must be submitted over the phone calls or notifying the customer service of the “Vogue Sultana Online” when delivery Executive are present.
